General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between j bajee and all registered players who use the platform, including its website, any associated mobile interface, and all products and services accessible through those channels. These terms apply in full to all players regardless of location, device type, or the method used to access the platform.

j bajee operates as an online casino and sports betting platform. The platform offers a range of products including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live dealer casino games, slot games, crash games, and virtual sports. Access to specific products may vary depending on availability and any applicable regional restrictions.

By using j bajee, you confirm that you are accessing the platform voluntarily and that you understand the nature of online gambling, including that outcomes in games of chance are determined by certified random processes and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are issued in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of this document, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Platform Availability

j bajee makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available on a continuous basis. However, the platform may be taken offline temporarily for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our control. j bajee does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from temporary platform unavailability.

j bajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, or product at any time without prior notice. Where commercially reasonable, we will endeavour to inform players of significant planned changes in advance.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on j bajee, players must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on j bajee. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared device/IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

Registration Requirements

To register a j bajee account, players must provide accurate and complete information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document
• Date of birth (confirming the player is 18 years of age or older)
• A valid, personal email address not already associated with a j bajee account
• A valid mobile phone number (used for account verification and security)

• Accurate residential address within a permitted jurisdiction

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Account Verification (KYC)

j bajee is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Players may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport (proof of identity)
• Utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document issued within the last three months (proof of address)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (proof of payment method ownership)

j bajee reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, or full account access until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid any delays with withdrawals.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

By registering a j bajee account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. j bajee reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

In addition to meeting the minimum age requirement, players must also meet the following eligibility criteria to use the j bajee platform:

• You must not be a registered self-excluded player on j bajee or any partner platform's self-exclusion registry
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, or contractor of j bajee, or a close family member of any such individual
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party

j bajee reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at any time if we determine that a player does not meet these eligibility criteria. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in their local jurisdiction.

Deposits & Withdrawals

j bajee supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored specifically for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Accepted Payment Methods

j bajee currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard (where available)

All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments — where a deposit is made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a player's j bajee account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank. j bajee does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by j bajee within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied. j bajee reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically the fastest withdrawal method available on the platform.

Currency

All account balances, bets, deposits, and withdrawals on j bajee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in Taka. j bajee does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

j bajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, free bet credits, and loyalty reward points. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by j bajee are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements). A wagering requirement specifies the total amount of bets a player must place using bonus funds before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each individual promotion page at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds when both are present in an account
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain low-risk game types (including but not limited to baccarat banker bets, roulette even-money outside bets placed simultaneously on both red and black) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements
• Bonus funds and any associated winnings may be capped at a maximum withdrawal amount as specified in the individual promotion terms
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses on j bajee are offered to eligible players only. j bajee reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including if it determines that a player is attempting to abuse or manipulate a bonus offer. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Using bonus funds in a manner specifically designed to exploit wagering requirement calculations
• Entering into arrangements with other players to collectively manipulate bonus outcomes
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a bonus

Where j bajee determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the player's account without further notice.

Promotional Calendar

j bajee runs promotions tied to key events in the Bangladeshi calendar including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. The terms of event-specific promotions are published on the j bajee promotions page ahead of the relevant event. Seasonal promotion terms take precedence over general bonus terms where they are more specific.

User Obligations & Conduct

By using the j bajee platform, players agree to conduct themselves in accordance with the obligations and standards set out in this section. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the fairness of games and betting markets, and the experience of all players who use j bajee.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j bajee and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to regular players through the standard interface
• Participating in, facilitating, or having advance knowledge of any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption in any sporting event on which j bajee offers betting markets
• Attempting to access the platform or another player's account without authorisation
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the j bajee platform
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person, or allowing any other person to operate your account on your behalf
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content through j bajee communication channels that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise offensive
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or vulnerability in the j bajee platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a software error will be voided and the error reported for correction

Responsible Gaming Obligations

j bajee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. j bajee reserves the right to impose limits or restrictions on any account where it has reason to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

Account Suspension & Closure

j bajee reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that these Terms & Conditions have been breached or if circumstances arise that make it necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

Circumstances in which j bajee may suspend or close a player account include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during the KYC process
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing
• Operation of duplicate accounts
• Abuse of bonus offers or promotions
• Use of prohibited software or automation tools
• Abusive behaviour toward j bajee support staff or other players

Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players may close their j bajee account at any time by contacting the j bajee support team at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion from j bajee. Self-exclusion temporarily or permanently prevents access to the j bajee account and removes the player from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to the support team at [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed during the agreed exclusion period. Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure, whether initiated by the player or by j bajee, all pending bets and unsettled wagers will be settled in accordance with standard j bajee settlement rules. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Closure of an account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

Limitation of Liability

j bajee provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take extensive measures to ensure the reliability, security, and fairness of the platform, we cannot guarantee that it will always be free from errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j bajee excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform and its contents.

Scope of Liability

j bajee shall not be liable to any player for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or data arising from platform downtime or technical errors
• Losses incurred as a result of a player's own failure to protect their account credentials
• Incorrect information provided by a player at registration or during KYC that results in account restrictions
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions)
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform
• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the j bajee platform — players acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk

Indemnification

Players agree to indemnify and hold j bajee, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of a player's breach of these Terms & Conditions or misuse of the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the j bajee platform, including but not limited to the j bajee brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, and text content, is the intellectual property of j bajee or its licensed content providers. Players may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any j bajee content without prior written consent.

Changes to These Terms

j bajee reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, j bajee will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of the j bajee platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not agree with updated terms should close their account and withdraw their balance before the changes take effect.
